If a transported product moves towards an occupied zone , the product remains in the previous unoccupied zone . When the previously occupied zones become unoccupied , the upstream zones follow in turn automatically .

As standard, a zone consists of one motor roller und three conveyor rollers. Depending on the goods to be transported, the rollers are placed at the appropriate distance from each other. In addition, integrated sensors and controllers ensure precise control of the powered roller conveyor technology.

The last motor roller in the conveying direction with an uneven number of motor rollers can be connected to the right or left of the controller. This is automatically recognized by the controller.

The controller recognizes when it is a longer zone with 2 motor rollers. Then there are 2 motor rollers and only one sensor connected to the controller.

With the specially developed extrusion for the Robotunits powered roller conveyor technology, we offer a simple and integrated side guide in which the recessed rollers are already guided laterally by the profile for safe conveying. Depending on the transport task, other side guides can also be used.

Assembly instructions

The side guide bases or clips must be evenly distributed over the entire length. Please ensure that you do not exceed the maximum distances!
