With the uniform 14 mm t-slot in all Robotunits extrusions, we guarantee seamless compatibility throughout the entire modular system. The play-free Fastening Technology
Positive fit, play-free and vibration-safe
No drilling, no milling! This guarantees quick and easy assembly. Our unique Fastening Technology plays a decisive role here. It offers strength comparable to welding technology, with an impressive tensile force of up to 4 tons – all achieved with just a single connection. In short: maximum strength at an attractive price. Our Fastening Technology is also characterized by its low overall height and enables unlimited reusability.

With just a few simple steps and a single tool per extrusion series, our Robotunits extrusions can be connected positively, play-free and vibration-safe. Additionally, for precise positioning or any adjustments made later, the connection can be easily loosened and re-fastened at any time.
The pre-tensioned uniform 14 mm extrusion t-slot in combination with the expansion wedges guarantee a vibration-safe connection across the entire 50mm extrusion series.

Our vibration-safe solution with solid construction in 50mm series offers considerable advantages: It ensures that structures not only hold up reliably after pre-assembly during transportation, but also in daily operation . Thanks to the low connector height, the design remains compact and efficient, which also contributes to stability.
Powerful and reliable
Strength comparable to a welded connection
The powerful Extrusion and Fastening Technology from Robotunits is characterized by screwed connections on both sides, which are achieved with only one component . This solid connection between the aluminum extrusion and fastener is achieved using 2, 4 or 8 drop-in nuts and screws, depending on the type of connection, and achieves impressive breaking forces of up to 150 kN (PIL 5020, flat). As a result, the system offers exceptional stability and resilience, ideal for demanding industrial applications.
